Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:
Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
Items received in the incorrect size/color.
Unopened, unused items that have not met your expectations within 7 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
Items outside the 7-day warranty time frame.
Items that have been opened, used, or misused.
Note: All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned items without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will not be accepted.
Returns Process & Time Frame
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
Submit a Request: If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our Support Center stating your:

Reason for return
Obtain Authorization: Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with an RMA form along with our return address.
Return the Item: Please return the item according to the instructions on the RMA form and provide us with return proof, including the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Refund/Exchange Processing: Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.
Processing Time Frame
Please allow between 3 to 6 business days for our after-sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:
Credit Card Refunds: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the transaction to process.
PayPal Refunds: Please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
Cryptocurrency Refunds: Please allow 1 business day for the transaction to process.
Return Shipping Costs & Address
We aim to offer services that benefit all of our loyal customers. Customers from around the world can return items to our warehouse. Please always contact us prior to returning items by submitting a ticket to obtain an RMA form with the relevant return address.
All shipping fees are at the customer’s expense. This includes shipping fees for returns or exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend using the cheapest registered airmail method available.
